Family dispute in Chatham leads to charges 

A Chatham man is facing several charges after allegedly attempting to run from the police while being arrested.

Police say they were called to the area of Dove Place in Chatham for a family dispute.

Officers say a man was located in the area breaching conditions of a previous release.

He was arrested and released with a future court date on November 23.

Man assaulted during road rage incident 

Chatham-Kent police were called to the area of Grand Avenue West just before 9 p.m. Saturday after a witness saw a man being assaulted from his car by another man and woman.

Police say the couple then back into their vehicle and drove east on Grand Avenue. The vehicle is described as a black pickup truck.

The man assaulted suffered minor injuries to his face and head.

Man charged following disturbance at Extended Stay in Chatham

A Chatham man is facing charges after causing a disturbance and damaging property at the Extended Stay on Michener Road in Chatham.

The man was arrested and released with a future court date on December 28.
