UPDATE: Frost advisory ended for Chatham-Kent

Chatham-Kent is no longer under a frost advisory after a chilly Saturday night.

Environment Canada issued a frost advisory for the CK region on Saturday after frost was expected to develop in the evening and early Sunday morning.

The chilly temperatures are expected to continue Sunday with daytime highs around 12 C.

The weather agency said local residents should take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.

Unemployment falls as labour force shrinks

The latest report for the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Economic Region showed that employment in the region actually went down slightly, but the size of the labour force has decreased even more so.
