Break-in reported in Wallaceburg
Chatham-Kent police are investigating a break-in at a business on Lafontaine Street in Wallaceburg.
Police said an unknown person forced their way into a building on Friday night and stole a power inverter and a chainsaw worth approximately $1,000.

Man allegedly caught with fentanyl
A 30-year-old man has been arrested after he was allegedly found with suspected fentanyl.
Officers stopped a man in the area of Elgin Street in Wallaceburg early Saturday morning. The 30-year-old allegedly failed to comply with his release conditions by being out past his curfew.
Police said suspected fentanyl was seized during a search. The accused was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.

Man charged with mischief and theft
A call about a suspicious man has led to mischief and theft charges.
Chatham-Kent police said officers were called to a parking lot on Park Street in Wallaceburg Friday morning.
A 30-year-old man found inside the vehicle was arrested for mischief and theft under $5,000. He was held in police custody pending a bail hearing.

Women arrested on outstanding warrants
Calls to police about separate incidents have resulted in the arrests of two women wanted on outstanding warrants.
Police said a 36-year-old woman was arrested after officers were called early Saturday morning to a residence on Longwoods Road about a possible domestic disturbance. She was held in police custody pending a bail hearing.
Meantime, a 25-year-old wanted woman was arrested on Friday after police were called about a family dispute at a residence on Taylor Avenue in Chatham.

Police called about intoxicated man
A 58-year-old man accused of being intoxicated in a public place has been arrested.
Officers were called to the area of Gray Street in Chatham Friday night.
The 58-year-old was held in police custody until sober.
