Man arrested after domestic dispute 

A 60-year-old man is facing a handful of charges following a domestic incident in Dresden.

Officers responded around 8:50 p.m. Friday. Through investigation, police learned that the man allegedly entered the residence despite being on conditions not to attend the address.

He also allegedly damaged the property.

As a result, the Blenheim man was arrested and charged with failing to comply with conditions, break and enter, and mischief under $5,000.

Suspicious person call leads to arrest 

A call to police about a suspicious person is to thank for an arrest in Chatham.

Officers responded to the complaint on St. Clair Street around 9:55 p.m. Friday.

The suspicious person was located and found to have a warrant out for his arrest.

The 58-year-old Chatham man was arrested on the strength of a warrant for drug-related offences and released with a future court date.

Break-in at Chatham business 

Police are asking the public for information after a Chatham business was broken into early Saturday morning.

Shortly after 1 a.m., officers responded to an alarm at Cellular Magician located on Fourth Street.

According to police, a window was broken and a suspect got inside the business. Several items were stolen.
