New COVID-19 Cases reported in Midwestern Ontario Wednesday

The Huron Perth Public Health Unit reported one new case of COVID-19 today, for a total of six active cases. The latest case is located in the municipality of Bluewater. There are no school or long term care outbreaks.

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health reported eight new cases in that region, for a total of 47 active cases. Two of the new cases were in Wellington County, where there are eight active cases.

The Grey Bruce Public Health Unit reported no new cases today, but seven active cases. One person remains in hospital with COVID-19 and an outbreak continues at a long term care home in Thornbury.
