COVID caseload climbs one in Sarnia-Lambton

There are now three active cases of COVID-19 in Sarnia Lambton, up one over the previous 24 hours.

Lambton Public Health reported one more confirmed case of the virus on its website Wednesday night, for a total of 342.

The number of resolved cases is unchanged at 314 and the death toll stands at 25.

To date, the local health unit has received results from 24, 244 tests, 98.6 per cent of which have been negative for the virus.

On Wednesday, Bluewater Health reported that there are no COVID-19 positive patients in hospital and 18 were awaiting test results including pre-surgical screening.
