Four people are facing drug-related charges after Chatham-Kent police executed a pair of search warrants on Tuesday.
Police said the first warrant was carried out at a residence and vehicle in Chatham.
In that case, officers seized approximately $7,000 worth of suspected fentanyl and an undisclosed quantity of cash.
A 33-year-old Chatham man and a 29-year-old Chatham man were both charged with drug trafficking and failing to comply with their release conditions in connection with the case. They were taken into custody pending a bail hearing.
A 28-year-old Chatham woman was also arrested and charged with drug trafficking -- she was later released with a future court date.
In a separate case, officers searched a residence in Blenheim and seized some cocaine, a firearm, and some ammunition.
Police said a 29-year-old Blenheim man was charged with drug possession and "numerous weapons offences" in connection with the second investigation.
He was taken into custody pending a bail hearing.
