Saugeen Shores helping local businesses with new COVID-19 supports

Saugeen Shores is aiming to help local businesses as much of the province moves into Stage 3 of the COVID-19 reopening.

One support involves the Town of Saugeen Shores, the Port Elgin BIA and the Southampton BIA providing downtown businesses with physical distancing floor decals, open signs and new practices posters to help ensure safe practices when delivering business services. Downtown businesses can get these materials for free by contacting their local BIA Board of Management.

Also, KP9 Interactive has partnered with Saugeen Shores to deliver interactive posters for local businesses. The posters can be found on the “Local resources” section of the SaugeenShores.ca/BusinessSupport webpage. Finally, businesses can utilize Bruce Power's ‘Strength in Numbers’ portal to purchase personal protective equipment (PPE) directly from Bruce Power supply partners.
