Police seek suspect(s) for two break and enters on Patteson Avenue

Police are looking for an unknown suspect(s) after two separate sheds were broken into on Patteson Avenue.

The break-ins occurred sometime during the overnight hours of Thursday into early Friday morning.

The suspect(s) took approximately $200 worth of Mastercraft brand tools from one property, and a leaf blower and chainsaw valued at $400 from another.

Police arrest man wanted for assault

Police located a man wanted for assault related offences.

A 52-year-old man was arrested and transported to police headquarters. The man was later released with a future court date.

Nine young volunteers aged 11 to 17 spent three days exploring and protecting the Lake Huron coastline during the Coastal Conservation Youth Corps' inaugural program in Grand Bend from July 21 to 23.
