Environment Canada has ended a wind warning for Windsor-Essex, Leamington, and Chatham-Kent.
The warning was initially issued Monday afternoon due to strong winds that were expected to gust up to 90 kilometres per hour throughout the afternoon and early evening. Meteorologists said winds were expected to be strongest along the shorelines of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie.
The warning ended at around 7:30 p.m.
A gale warning was also issued for Lake Erie over the weekend.
