Chatham-Kent residents who typically take their trash and recycling out to the curb for Friday pickup are asked to hold off for a day.
Collection services will be pushed back to accommodate the Good Friday holiday on April 10.
Municipal officials said residents who have collection scheduled on Fridays will instead have their garbage and recycling picked up on Saturday, April 11.
The holiday will not affect collection schedules for the week of April 13.
The Harwich and Wallaceburg Transfer Station will be closed on Good Friday and will reopen on Easter Monday. All Leaf & Yard Depots will also be closed on April 10.
