Officers urge drivers to stay safe in holiday traffic
Chatham-Kent police are pledging to be out in "full force" over the holiday season as they watch for unsafe driving habits.
Officers said that effort included a speed enforcement campaign on Coatsworth Road Thursday morning.
In that case, all of the vehicles that police saw were obeying the speed limit, so they didn't issue any tickets.
Police are reminding drivers to wear your seat belt, watch your speed, put your phone down, and drive sober.
If you believe someone is driving while impaired, you are also asked to contact 911 immediately.
