The Ministry of Transportation said the westbound lanes of the highway were shut down from Kenessaire Road to Victoria Road/Kent Road 17 just after 2 a.m. Sunday.
The roadway was back opened shortly after 8 a.m.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
