Crash in Wallaceburg leads to charge

A 32-year-old Dresden woman is charged with failing to yield the right of way following a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon.

Police responded to the collision on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg at approximately 1:30 p.m.

No one was injured in the crash and the damages are estimated at $12,000.

Woman Charged with Uttering Threats

One woman is charged after allegedly uttering threats to her neighbour on Delaware Avenue in Chatham.

Police responded to an apartment complex Sunday, where through investigation, they learned about the alleged incident.

A 57-year-old woman was arrested, charged, and released with a future court date of June 18.

33-year-old charged with shoplifting

A 33-year-old man is charged after learning there is no such sale as a "five-finger-discount."

The accused is charged with theft and being in possession of property obtained by crime after police responded to a shoplifting complaint at the Downtown Chatham Centre on Sunday.

He was charged and released with a future court date of June 18.
