It's going to be a wet and cold start to this weekend.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Chatham-Kent, Sarnia-Lambton and Windsor-Essex advising of 15-20 millimetres of rainfall on Saturday. As a low-pressure system moves over Southern Ontario, some areas may even see over 25 millimetres.
The rain is expected to start after midnight before changing to snow later in the day on Saturday.
Drivers are advised to keep an eye out for water pooling on roadways.
