Man taunts police, caught shortly after
On Friday police attended a residence in Chatham in relation to a domestic disturbance.
The 33-year-old suspect taunted police, telling them they wouldn't be able to catch him. He then fled on foot.
After a short foot pursuit, the man was arrested.
The Chatham man is being held in custody pending a bail hearing and faces several domestic violence-related offences.

An investigation into several property offences led to two arrests on Friday.
A 30-year-old female and 33-year-old male were located in Ridgetown and transported to police headquarters.
They have since been released with conditions and have a future court date.

Impaired Driver Arrested in Chatham
On Friday police responded to reports of a possible unconscious and impaired driver in downtown Chatham.
Officers located a 51-year-old man sitting in a running car parked in a store parking lot.
The man was deemed to be intoxicated and was arrested for driving impaired.
While at the police station, the man agreed to take a breathalyzer test but then changed his mind and refused.
As a result of refusing the test, the man was charged with failure to comply with breath demand.
