OPP say the collision involving a tractor trailer and another vehicle happened around 7:30 a.m. Saturday in the eastbound lanes just east of West Lorne. According to police, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Traffic was detoured while the eastbound lanes of the highway were closed at Graham Road for about five hours.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
