Ck Police cap. (Photo by Greg Higgins)Chatham-Kent police say a post-mortem will be taking place in Windsor Wednesday after a body was pulled from the Thames River in Chatham.
Police say they got the call at around 6:30pm Tuesday and have identified the body as a 70-year-old Chatham man.
The investigation is ongoing, but at this point, police say the man's death does not appear to be suspicious.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
