Environment Canada has ended all severe thunderstorm warnings and watchers for London-Middlesex, Chatham-Kent, Leamington, and Windsor-Essex.
Forecasters were originally predicting strong wind gusts, heavy rainfall, and a possibility of hail.
Residents are reminded to stay indoors when there is a severe thunderstorm in the area.
"Remember, severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Lightning kills and injures Canadians every year," a statement on Environment Canada's website reads.
While the severe thunderstorm watches have ended, Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex are still under a heat warning.
Blackburn News will provide updates as they come in.
