Caesars Releases Rescheduled Dates For Postponed Shows

Caesars Windsor has released rescheduled dates for a number of shows that were postponed as a result of the ongoing workers strike.

A number of the shows at the venue have been postponed over the last few months due to the strike that is affecting more than 2,100 employees including dealers, housekeepers, and janitors. Hotel reservations have also been cancelled through June 16 because of the strike.

"Caesars Windsor would like to thank our guests and fans for their ongoing patience and is committed to delivering unparalleled service and world-class headline entertainment," the company said in a news release.

The rescheduled show dates are as follows:

  • Johnny Reid 8pm, Saturday, September 15 (Glass Tiger will not be performing at this show as previously scheduled)
  • Blink-182 9pm, Tuesday, September 18
  • Buddy Guy 9pm, Wednesday, October 3
  • Terry Fator 9pm, Saturday, November 17
  • Brian Wilson 9pm, Sunday, November 25
The following postponed shows have yet to be rescheduled: David Foster, Daniel O’Donnell, Darcy Oake, Lee Brice, Cole Swindell, Russell Peters and Pitbull.

Casino workers have been on strike since April 6 after rejecting a three-year tentative deal. They also turned down a four-year settlement on May 18.
