The OSPCA is investigating a video that appears to show a duck that was hit by a truck being abused.
The video has been circulating on social media in Chatham-Kent after being shared on Snapchat on Thursday.

"This case is currently under investigation by the Ontario SPCA," says Stephanie Johns with the OSPCA. "As this is an open investigation, there is no further information we can provide at this time."
In a conversation with BlackburnNewsCK.com, the poster of the video says she has spoken with police and confirmed the duck is dead.
