Leamington Man Identified As Driver In Serious CK Crash

Chatham-Kent police are releasing more details about their ongoing investigation into a serious crash south of Tilbury.

Officers say a 41-year-old Leamington man has been identified as the driver of a vehicle that crashed at the intersection of Coatsworth Rd. and 4th Concession Line late Wednesday night.

The man was taken to the hospital in Chatham first, then transferred to a London hospital where he is still being treated for what police are calling "serious injuries."

Officers say the driver was the only person inside the vehicle at the time.

The traffic unit is still investigating the crash and police are asking anyone with information to contact Constable Randy Whittaker at [email protected] or 519-355-1092.
