Submerged Vehicle Found In Creek Near Tilbury

Chatham-Kent police say they are investigating after a car was found in a deep creek just north of Tilbury.

Emergency crews responded to the scene at Creekside Rd. and Essex Kent Rd. (also known as Baptiste Rd.) early Thursday morning.

A dive team was called in to assist with the investigation.

Police have confirmed that the driver is expected to give a police statement Thursday afternoon.

No other details are currently available.
