Essex County OPP say cocaine and loads of cash were seized in a drug bust in Leamington.
Members of the OPP, the RCMP, and other law enforcement agencies searched a residence for drugs on Erie St. S in Leamington on March 2.
OPP say Percocet, cocaine, and marijuana were seized in the search. More than $6,000 in Canadian cash, drug paraphernalia, and cellphones were also seized.
According to police, a 23-year-old Etobicoke woman was charged with various offences related to the possession and trafficking of illegal substances. She will appear in a Leamington court on Thursday.
Police say a 35-year-old Leamington man was also charged with offences related to the possession of drugs. He will appear in a Leamington court on April 19.
