Maroons Visit Vipers For Game 7

The Chatham Maroons are hitting the road for one final first-round playoff game against the LaSalle Vipers.

The Maroons forced the decisive Game 7 with a 2-1 win over the Vipers at Memorial Arena in Chatham Thursday night.

To say the series has been back-and-forth is an understatement. The Vipers took an early 2-0 lead in the series thanks to two overtime wins before the Maroons answered back with two wins of their own.

The Vipers responded with a high-scoring 7-4 win at home in Game 5, but the Maroons held LaSalle to just a single goal in Game 6.
