A 22-year-old Chatham man has been charged with criminal negligence causing death after a deadly head-on crash earlier this week.
The collision happened on a foggy day on Queen’s Line just west of Sinclair Rd. in Tilbury on Tuesday at around 6am. A 24-year-old man from Wyoming was killed in the crash.
Police say the man facing the criminal negligence causing death charge is still in hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to recover. He is to appear in court on November 1.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
