RECO says neither he nor his company J. Van Dyk Realty Inc. are registered to trade in real estate.
Real estate agents must be registered to trade in real estate in Ontario under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act.
Van Dyk's registration has been terminated and he's been charged for allegedly trading in real estate without a registration.
