A 29-year-old Blenheim man couldn't escape a long list of charges, after allegedly trying to evade police.
The OPP say they responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on a farm property in Wellington Township, late Friday night.
Officers arrived just as a stolen 2004 Ford pick-up truck was leaving the property.
It's alleged when they attempted to pull the vehicle over, the driver led police on a high-speed chase through a farmer's field.
The truck eventually became lodged in a ditch, but not before causing substantial damage to a crop.
A 29-year-old Blenheim man has been charged with three counts of driving while disqualified, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight from police, possessing property obtained by crime, mischief under $5,000, and failing to comply with an undertaking. He has also been charged with two counts of driving while under suspension.
A 29-year-old woman from Chatham-Kent and a 34-year-old woman of no fixed address were passengers in the car, and also charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
