The Chatham-Kent police officer accused of sexual assault will ring in the new year with his judicial pre-trial.
Crown and defense lawyers have agreed to hold the pre-trial for Constable Kenneth Miller on the afternoon of January 18, 2017.
The matter will then appear in court a week later to be spoken-to.
Kenneth Miller was arrested and charged with sexual assault, in connection to an incident at an Orangewood Blvd. parking lot in August 2015.
