The popular Art on the Boulevard event returns to the village of Erieau this weekend.
Organizer Mary Anne Patterson says 100 artists will be lined up along the Boulevard on Saturday.
"We have many returning artists, which is fabulous, but we also have about 40% new artists," says Patterson. "It's great because every year you get a new blend, and it seems the quality of art and the mixture seems to gets better and better every year."
After seven years, Patterson says vendor spots fill up quick.
"We opened the registration at the beginning of February, and we closed within less than two months," says Patterson. "Now we have a substantial wait list, and actually we had to close that too. The demand to get into the event is pretty high."
Art on the Boulevard runs from 9am-4pm and is free, but tickets for the Home and Cottage Tour, which runs from 10am-2pm, are $20.
