Walter Ardis, 78, will be in court via video feed as part of his bail process.
The Blenheim man was arrested on Friday after his wife's body was found in their torched home on Nichols Rd. in March.
He's charged with first degree murder.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
