A 30-year-old Wallaceburg babysitter, accused of sexual misconduct, will have his bail hearing Tuesday.
Wesley Clarkson has been in custody since before Christmas, after being arrested back on December 10, 2015. He faces three counts each of sexual assault, as well as one count of indecent act. The charges are in connection with what CK police say were a number of alleged incidents dating back to August 2015.
Clarkson appeared via video, complete in orange jumpsuit, before a Chatham judge Monday.
After speaking with his lawyer in private, the accused returned with a bail hearing scheduled. It'll take place Tuesday at 10:30am at the Chatham Courthouse.
