Windsor police have charged 32-year-old Dia Hanan with First Degree Murder and attempted murder.
A 30-year-old man was shot and killed around 7 pm Wednesday night. A 35-year-old man remains in hospital in critical condition after being shot at the same residence at 187 Oak St. The names of the victims have not been released.
A search warrant for residence was granted this morning and the Forensic Identification Specialists have been on scene conducting the crime scene examination.
Police don't yet know how or if the two victims and the accused are associated.

No other injuries are reported and police say there are no other outstanding public safety concerns at this time as a result of the incident — Sgt. D'Asti adding no other suspects are being sought.
Police are appealing to the public to come forward with any information related to the case.
"A lot of times people think, 'What do I know? It's just a rumour I'm hearing,'" says D'Asti. "If you're hearing rumours, you're hearing things that are second-hand, third-hand — these are the pieces of the puzzle that are important to police."
