The president of Atwood Resources thinks they're being tested.
Dave Smith was reacting to the second fire at the plant this year.
Last night's fire was not as bad as the one about a year ago, which destroyed one of the company's main buildings.
According to Smith, it's "just on the one section - the high section - not the whole building or the whole roof."
He says roofers were working on the structure this week.
Smith says they're going to "keep the service going if we can - waiting for the insurance to come in and see whether they're going to help us on that extra cost of sending it to another facility."
He expects it will be sometime next week before Atwood Resources can make any decisions about where they go from here.

Dave Smith says they're in a wait-and-see position with the business right now.

Unlike the fire about a year ago, which destroyed the entire building, Smith says last night's blaze only caused damaged to part of the new structure.
