WAP Ready For Launch

The Windsor Assembly Plant is ready to roll out the new generation mini-van after it's unveiled at the North American International Auto Show this January.

The plant is currently running pilots of the van through the assembly line to prepare for the launch.

Plant Manager Michael Brieda says there will be no need for a winter shut down to prepare.

"We're basically continuing to build the current model as you know it and it will fold into the launch of the new model," says Brieda.

New employees have already started to flow into the plant with more expected in the near future.
