More than a month after a fatal crash in Harwich Township involving a motorcycle and a car, Chatham-Kent police have now laid charges.
Police say a southbound car on Erieau Rd. turned left onto Bisnett Line back on October 27 and directly into the path of a Harley Davidson.
Clifford Jamie Stokes, 49, of Erieau was transported to a London hospital and died of his injuries ten days later.
On Tuesday, investigators charged 59-year-old Magdelaine Jack of Blenheim with careless driving. She's been given a future court date.
