Police say the crash took place just after 2pm yesterday afternoon, causing approximately $35,000 in damage.
The driver suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision and was taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance for treatment and a breath test.
He has been charged and released with a future court date.
