Workplace wellness will be front and centre this week at a free workshop in Chatham.
The Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit it hosting the all-day event at Club Lentinas on Wednesday, October 7.
"We have experts in workplace wellness coming from Western to speak, and then we also have public health experts on physical activity and nutrition," says Coordinator Michelle Bogaert. "Then the wrap up for the day is the recognition of employers in CK that have worked towards workplace wellness in their workplace."
