The Chatham-Kent Police Service says on Sunday afternoon, the crash occurred at the intersection of Richmond and Lacroix streets.
Police say there were no injuries and damage to the vehicles and building is estimated at around $50,000.
As a result, a 19-year-old Dover Township woman has been charged for failing to stop at a red light.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
