Cars were at a standstill in the westbound lanes of the 401 in Tilbury for a short time Tuesday afternoon.
Officers were redirecting all traffic off Hwy. 401 at Bloomfield Rd.
No other vehicles were involved and no injuries have been reported.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
