The Kingsville OPP has released the name of the person killed in a crash on Hwy. 3.
Police say 29-year-old Auzidje Bancouly of Brush, Colorado was pronounced dead in hospital after the Saturn she was a passenger in crossed into the westbound lanes of the highway, between County Rd. 34 and Albuna Townline, yesterday afternoon.
The driver, 34-year-old Florent Bancouly, also of Brush, Colorado, is now in critical condition in a Detroit hospital, after being transferred from Windsor.
The driver of the westbound Pontiac, 45-year-old Nahim Ibrahim of Lakeshore, was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. His vehicle burned in the crash.
Hwy. 3 was closed for several hours while police investigated the crash.
