Ridgetown's Von Martels Wins Pan Am Bronze

Chatham-Kent was well represented at the Pan Am Games in Toronto Tuesday.

32-year-old Chris Von Martels, along with his horse Zilverstar, earned a bronze medal in the Individual Dressage final.

This is Von Martels' second medal at this year's games. He and Canada's equestrian team also won a silver in the Team Dressage competition on Sunday.

The Individual gold went to USA's Steffen Peters, while the Silver went to Laura Graves, also from the US.
