A change is on the way at the top of the Children's Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent.
After months of thinking about a move, Executive Director Art Stirling has announced, via his Facebook page, that he's leaving. He says the board of the foundation is moving in a decidedly different direction than where he felt it should go.
In his online post, Stirling says in his six years at the foundation, he's created everything it is today, but moving forward, the position requires a skill set he doesn't possess.
In an emailed statement to BlackburnNews.com, foundation officials thanked Stirling for his work and support him in his decision to resign to pursue other employment opportunities. Stirling's last work day will come Tuesday following the agency's annual general meeting.
