Entegrus wants customers to get involved as the power utility puts together its capital spending plan for the next several years.
President Jim Hogan says the feedback will be used in filing applications for rates going into effect next May.
"Many of our distribution assets are 50-60 years old and the technology we can put in today is much greater," he says. "We expect that the customers will have a much better service."
Information on areas that suffer a high number of blackouts, or suggestions for other ways to improve service, will be considered.
