The Chatham man accused of making terrorist threats to Parliament Hill will remain in custody a little longer.
David Osterbrook stared down at his feet as charges were read to him in a Chatham Courtroom Monday. Officials have decided to hold a full bail hearing for Osterbrook Tuesday morning at 10:30am.
Duty council expressed interest in setting up a bed at Brentwood Recovery Village in Windsor ahead of the hearing. There's no indication the accused will seek his own lawyer.
Over the weekend, Osterbrook was arrested after a call was placed to Parliament Hill, with the threat to blow up the Library of Parliament.
