Around 8pm, crews responded to the fire in the 2100-block of Mersea Rd. 8.
Fire officials deemed the blaze as "small." They add it was caused by a faulty lamp located in a doghouse.
Corn, Soybeans and Wheat finished slightly lower to begin the week.
The issue has affected drainage and brought down several trees, with more still at risk.
