The outbreak was first announced on February 6, after a patient tested positive for Influenza A on the 6North unit of the hospital.
Now WRH CEO David Musyj says the campus is once again open to admissions.
However, visitor restrictions remain in effect at both the Met and Oullette campuses of the Windsor Regional Hospital.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
