Police Identify Assault Suspect

Chatham-Kent police are thanking members of the public for helping them to identify an assault suspect.

Police released a picture of the suspect earlier today and have now made an arrest.

Officers say the man entered a Chatham apartment building shortly before midnight on Wednesday, November 19. They say a woman he had telephone conversations with let him in, and the suspect allegedly assaulted her and left.

Investigators say the victim didn't sustain any injuries.
