Brittany Henry's funeral will take place at Badder Funeral Home on North St. in Dresden starting at 11am.
She died Sunday night after the car she was in hit a bridge railing on Union Line near Prince Albert Rd.
A police investigation into the crash continues.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
