Police are warning the public about a 3 ft python that went missing in Lakeshore.
The Essex County Ontario Provincial Police says on Sunday around 4:30pm, the owner was in the process of moving the snake when it slithered away on 1st Ave., near Broadway St. Police have not been able to locate the python thus far.
Police say the snake is not venomous and is not known to be aggressive towards humans.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the python is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
